Description

The SuperBand is built to earn a place in every session — not just one type of workout. Use it for resistance training across your upper and lower body. Loop it under your feet for hip and glute activation before a session. Anchor it to a door or rack for rows, pull-aparts and shoulder work. Use it for assisted stretching of your hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. Run against it for sprint and agility drills. The 100 cm continuous loop gives you the range to do all of it.

The Medium — at 22.7–34.1 kg / 50–75.2 lbs — is the right resistance for people who are stronger, more conditioned, larger in bodyweight, or who find lighter bands too easy for the training stimulus they need. The same movements apply as every band in the range — squats, hinges, rows, activation work, stretching, agility. The resistance here simply reflects a higher level of strength and conditioning.
