Anchor. Load. Attach. Train.
It works like the cable machine at your gym. The anchor sets where the pull comes from, the tubes set the load, and the attachment decides what you train.
- 01

Anchor it
On a door, high, middle or low. Or around a post, tree or fence outside.
- 02

Load it
One tube, or two or more clipped together. The level is printed on every tag.
- 03

Attach it
Handles for upper body, ankle straps for glutes and legs, the bar for presses and rows.
- 04

Train
Rows, presses, flys, curls, kickbacks and rotations. Change the height or the handle between sets.
Stack it
Clip two tubes together and you train with both.
Every Powertube has a metal clip at each end. Clip a Light and a Heavy to the same handle and both work at once. Tap the tubes below to build a stack.
Your stack
0 kgRanges as printed on each tube's tag, added together. Indicative only, resistance varies with how far the tube is stretched.
Built to last
Gym-grade parts, made for home.
Five details you can see and feel, from the latex in the tube to the webbing in the handles.
-
1
Double-dipped latex tube
Liquid latex is dipped again and again in a continuous process, building the tube up in layers for a thicker, more even wall.
-
2
Inner Cord Technology
A cord runs through every tube. It stops the tube stretching past its limit, the most common reason tubes snap, and holds it back if one ever does.
-
3
Multi-clip system
A carabiner at each end lets you add or take off a tube in seconds. Each tag shows the tube's resistance, so you always know your total.
-
4
Heavy-duty hardware
Clips and O-rings are heavy-gauge metal, welded to gym standards. Made to take the load day after day.
-
5
High-performance webbing
Handles, ankle straps and anchors are built from thick, tightly woven solid nylon webbing, made to hold high resistance.
Set it up like a cable machine.
The anchor decides where the pull comes from. The attachment decides what you train. Mix and match with any Powertube.

Mini Powertubes and the Resistance Platform
Shorter tubes. A whole new set of moves.
Mini Powertubes are the same tube at 79 cm instead of 147. You stand closer to the door, so they suit smaller rooms, and the tube loads up over a shorter stretch, which opens up single arm and leg work. Clip them to the Resistance Platform and bar and you can lift like you would with a barbell, with no rack and no plates.
- Buy Minis in pairs. They are too short to double under your foot, so one per side.
- On the platform: squats, deadlifts, good mornings, lunges, bent-over rows, curls and shoulder press.
Questions
Good to know before you buy.
What is the difference between Powertube+ and Powertubes?
Powertube+ comes ready to use: the handles are fixed on and a door anchor is in the box, so there is nothing to clip or swap. It suits upper-body work and a few lower-body moves. Powertubes are the full system: five levels plus Extreme, with a clip at each end, so you can stack tubes and switch between handles, ankle straps and the bar. The plus means everything is included, not more resistance.
How do I stack tubes?
Clip the carabiners of two or more Powertubes onto the same handle, ankle strap or bar. They work together, so a Light and a Heavy give you the resistance of both. The range is printed on every tag, so you can add up your total.
Which level should I start with?
Ultra Light suits recovery, injury prevention and mobility. Light and Medium cover muscle tone, range of motion and strength. Heavy and Ultimate are for muscle growth and athletic training. Extreme, a Powertube-only grade above the five levels, is for maximum strength. Not sure? The Total Resistance Gym gives you five levels to grow into.
Will the door anchor damage my door?
Slide the anchor through the hinge side of the door and close it fully. The thick foam end sits behind the door and is there to stop it damaging the door or frame.
What happens if a tube snaps?
Every Powertube has an inner safety cord. It stops the tube stretching past its limit, the most common reason tubes snap, and holds the tube back if it ever does. Check your tubes for nicks and wear before each session.
Do Powertubes contain latex?
Yes. Powertubes, Mini Powertubes and Powertube+ are all made from latex.
About the range
Resistance tubes for home workouts.
PTP Powertubes are latex resistance tubes with metal clips at both ends, built to work like a cable machine at home. Anchor them to a door with the Elite Indoor Anchor or the Ultimate Door Anchor, or outside with the Elite Outdoor Anchor, then clip on handles, ankle straps or a bar to train your chest, back, shoulders, arms, core, glutes and legs.
Each tube is colour-coded by resistance level, from Ultra Light for mobility and rehab to Ultimate, with an Extreme grade above them for maximum strength, and tubes can be stacked to increase the load. Choose single Powertubes to build your own system, Powertube+ for a resistance tube with handles and a door anchor ready to go, Mini Powertubes for small spaces and platform training, or a kit like the Total Resistance Gym to get everything in one bag.
