A gym in a bag. Each system pairs Powertubes with the anchors and attachments to use them, so you can train the whole body at home from the day it arrives.
Resistance System Lite is the starting point: two tubes, handles and a door anchor. The Resistance System and the Mini add levels and attachments, the Platform System adds a base for squats, deadlifts and rows, and the Total Resistance Gym has the lot. Every tube uses the same five colour levels, so you can add more later. Contains latex.
