DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. If you would like to change your shipping address, simply go to your profile to amend. This will help us to speed up the dispatching process.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipments are only made available Australia-wide.

ptpfit.com is currently unable to ship internationally, but ordering/store purchasing options are currently available in several other countries: in New Zealand (Rebel Sport), the Middle East (GO Sport + Sun & Sand Sports), Germany (Intersport), the UK (Sports Direct), Canada (SportChek), Indonesia (PrimaFit + Planet Sports) and the Philippines (SRI). If you do not reside in Australia, please contact the relevant store in your home country directly to enquire.

Please note, ptpfit.com does not ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses, Private Parcel Lockers and international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most destinations in Australia will be within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations will usually take up to 7 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 pm AEST may be processed from the next business day. The COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented focus on home fitness. As a result, there may be a delay in receiving your order.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

When you spend $119AUD or more, free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout. Orders below $119AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $9.99AUD within Australia. The following products are bulky items and have a shipping cost of $19.99AUD and are not eligible for free shipping: FASCIA RELEASE ROLLER LARGE, CORE DOME, SPINAL ARCH, PULL UP PRO, AQUACORE 15KG, AQUACORE 25KG, RESISTANCE PLATFORM, RESISTANCE SYSTEM, XGRAVT PLATES 2.5KG, XGRAVT PLATES 5.KG, XGRAVT VEST COMBO.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. You will be able to enter this tracking information on the courier’s website (StarTrack) and access your estimated delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

All bookings are made with Authority to Leave. If the delivery driver did not find a safe place to leave your parcel in your absence, it will be dropped off at the nearest carrier depot. If you missed a delivery, please call StarTrack on 13 2345 (from 8:00am to 6:00pm) to arrange a redelivery, redirection or collection.

WHAT PAYMENT RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY?

- All credit/debit cards must have a billing address in Australia.
- Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards.
- ptpfit.com does not accept purchase orders, cash, checks or money orders.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND?

We cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately at info@ptpfit.com; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been packed/shipped yet.

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us at info@ptpfit.com within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason why you believe the product is faulty.

We will exchange a faulty/defect product bought in Australia if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

If you purchased a product outside Australia, the store of purchase will be able to assist you as we do have agreements in place.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

You can reset your password by selecting “I’m already a user” when you open the app and then “Forgotten your password”

I CAN’T LOG IN

Ensure your app is running off the latest version (you can check this in the App Stores). If that doesn’t work you may have signed up using a different email or password. Try resetting your password, and if you are still having problems, please email appfeedback@ptpfit.com and we will look into it for you.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you or register a complaint, please contact us by email at: info@ptpfit.com. Our full privacy policy can be found here

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FREE AND PREMIUM VERSION?

The Premium subscription unlocks the entire exercise library, delivering hundreds of workouts along with access to our specialised short-term programmes. It also provides workout tracking so you can set your goals and track progress.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ON THE FREE OR PREMIUM VERSION?

From your HOME screen select the menu bar (top right) then MEMBERSHIP. This will show what your membership is as well as a link to the app store you subscribed on.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL?

Yes! We offer a 14 day free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time during your trial and still retain access to Premium for the duration of your trial period.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY FITNESS PREFERENCES?

You can access this from the main menu on your HOME screen. Make sure you select CONFIRM to save your changes.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your subscription can be cancelled with the billing platform your subscription was purchased on – either Google Play or Apple Subscriptions at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. WHERE CAN I FIND OUT HOW TO USE MY PTP GEAR?

You’ll find the full range of PTP gear on the GEAR section. Select the item and you’ll find all the information about your gear and how to use it.

HOW DO I ADD NEW PTP GEAR TO THE APP?

This can be done at the bottom of your HOME section or on the GEAR section.

WHAT IS THE BEST GEAR TO BUY IF I’M STARTING OUT?

We have a great range of resistance equipment to choose from. Depending on your goals, we’d recommend starting with our resistance tubes or bands, making sure you have a range of resistance levels. You can purchase these individually, or we’ve created some special bundles to make it easy for you to choose what is best for you.

DO I NEED TUBES OR BANDS OR BOTH?

The biggest difference between tubes and bands is the exercises you can perform.

  • With the option for handles and the tube design, resistance tubes work in the same way as dumbbells and cable machines. This means they’re great for pressing and pushing exercises and pre-exercise warm-ups or alongside compound movements.
  • Resistance bands are versatile and easy to integrate into weight training exercises to make them easier or harder. The loop design means they can move much more freely compared to resistance tubes, which works well with compound lifting movement, rehabilitation exercises, and general stretching.
WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE?

Workouts have been designed to deliver a balanced, sports science-backed approach to fun, efficient, full body training. Your workouts will be customised based on the equipment you own, and you can set your own level of intensity (from light to sustained to powerful). You’ll get coaching tips during the workout, and we also have tutorials to help you get the most out of your PTP gear.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WORKOUTS TO DO?

Your HOME will feature a recommended workout for the day. If you’d prefer another workout, you will find additional options suggested – or you can browse WORKOUTS which will be automatically filtered based on the gear you own.

WHAT WORKOUT MODALITIES DO YOU HAVE?

You'll find a broad range of different workout types on the app including strength, flexibility, mobility, Pilates, Tabata, and HIIT. We’ve also combined these styles for workouts focussing on inner-core strength, helping mobilize your body while you are working from home, or building a strong booty.

HOW DO I FIND THE FREE WORKOUTS?

Free workouts can be accessed once you have downloaded the app and set up your account.

WHY CAN’T I ACCESS ALL THE WORKOUTS?

The full workout library is unlocked when you subscribe to Premium.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE INTENSITY OF MY WORKOUT?

You can set your default intensity level in you’re MY FITNESS PROFILE from the Menu on HOME and you can also change this before starting the workout in the INTENSITY section of the workout summary.

CAN I WATCH WORKOUTS ON MY TV SCREEN OR TABLET?

Yes – you will find instructions for this when you start a workout.

HOW ARE PROGRAMMES DIFFERENT FROM DAILY WORKOUTS?

Programs are designed to be completed over a specific period (weeks) to achieve a specific goal. Our 4-Week Foundations programme is a great place to start where we take you through the fundamentals of resistance training to help build core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. You can follow Foundations with our 360 programme (or do it on its own) which goes for 6-weeks and will transform your body from every angle with progressively more challenging workouts.
