Description

The highest resistance in the Powertube Elite range. The Powertube Elite Extreme delivers 10.0 to 36.4 kg of resistance, building progressively as the tube extends. Built for advanced athletes and serious gym users who need maximum load for heavy strength training, high-load muscle activation, and sport-specific conditioning.

For athletes, it delivers the activation and conditioning stimulus of an elite training environment - in any location. For advanced gym users, it provides a level of resistance that makes compound movements genuinely demanding at home. Stack it with the Ultimate for maximum combined output across compound lifts. PTP's carabiner clip system handles it in seconds - no tools, no setup required.

Safety engineered in. Every Powertube Elite features Inner Cord Technology (ICT) - a safety cord inside the tube that prevents dangerous overextension. Used by elite sporting teams for high-intensity conditioning, muscle activation, and sport-specific performance training. Compatible with PTP Power Handles, Ankle Straps, and Indoor/Outdoor anchors.

Every level covers a range. Here is how hard each one pulls as you stretch it.

Why a range

A tube has no fixed weight. It pulls back harder the further you stretch it, so a short stretch sits at the bottom of the range and a full stretch at the top. Stretch less to make a move easier, stretch further to make it harder, and move up a level when the top of your range feels easy.

Stretch is measured on the part of the tube you are working, from your foot or the anchor to the handle: 100% means that part is pulled to twice its length. Figures are a guide, every tube varies a little.
