The PTP Resistance Bar features a ball-bearing swivel that prevents the resistance tubes from tangling. Made from premium aluminum, it is lightweight yet durable. Cleverly designed diamond knurling mimics the grip of an Olympic bar and indicates both wide and standard grip positions. The detachable design makes it portable, while keeping the resistance evenly distributed for a more effective workout.
