Totally awsome.
I have been working with the 5.5kg since Aug '22 and have now moved up to the 7.5kg doing 8 exercises each time x 3 reps. I started on 10 for each rep but found I could manage 15 with ease.
My smart wife bought me a 12.5kg for Xmas and I am hesitant about using it just yet as it's a big step.
I don't want to pull a muscle, trying to be a strong man.
I have noticed big improvements in my stamina as I can do outside jobs without the ache later.
I am 76 . I intend to die just wearing out, not sick and unhealthy. I have survived cancer and I still go deer hunting and fly-fishing.
