Description

The SuperBand is built to earn a place in every session — not just one type of workout. Use it for resistance training across your upper and lower body. Loop it under your feet for hip and glute activation before a session. Anchor it to a door or rack for rows, pull-aparts and shoulder work. Use it for assisted stretching of your hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. Run against it for sprint and agility drills. The Heavy — at 45.4–54.5 kg / 100.1–120.1 lbs — is the right resistance for advanced athletes, heavy lifters, larger-build individuals, or anyone who trains at a high intensity and needs a band that keeps up. The use cases are identical to every other band in the range. The resistance here reflects a significantly higher level of strength and physical output.
