Strength training. Three resistance levels means you can match the band to the exercise — not force every movement through the same resistance. Lighter movements get the Ultra Light or Light. Heavier compound work gets the Medium. Or stack two bands for an intermediate resistance that sits between sizes.

Warm-up and activation. The right activation resistance varies by person, by muscle group and by day. Having all three bands available means you can select the level that creates the stimulus you need without over- or under-loading the movement — whether that's glute activation, hip priming, posterior chain work or shoulder preparation.

Flexibility and mobility. Different muscles and different ranges of motion respond better to different band tensions during assisted stretching. The pack gives you the flexibility to work through each mobility exercise at the tension that actually improves range of motion, rather than defaulting to one band for everything.

Sport conditioning. Resisted sprint and agility work scales with the athlete. A smaller or lighter athlete gets the Ultra Light. A heavier or stronger athlete gets the Medium. Coaches working with groups of different body types and conditioning levels can prescribe the right band for each individual from a single pack.

The dual-colour construction on every band in the pack provides a visual training scale that makes placement consistent and correct — a 2nd generation upgrade over single-colour bands.
