POSTURE V-BACKPACK

I've been looking to upgrade my bag to something that carries my things and helps my health. And I found the Sweedish Posture a great posture/health improvement solution and later found that PTP works with them to help their customers.

The bag is comfortable and helps me to stand and walk healthier I even use it for posture corrector purposes while I work, standing at my desk.

When you wear the bag, it pushes your chest back, which helps standing straight and free up your shoulders to walk/run easier.

The laptop compartment is so big that my 15-inch MacBook Pro easily fits into it, and the zip is also waterproof.

The size is perfect. However, you may want to check the size to ensure it fits well. I am about 175 cm tall, and the L size is excellent.

The only thing I think can slightly be improved is the number of compartments for better space management.

Overall I like it a lot.

Good travel backpack. Has a huge amount of space. great for going out shopping, I can fit shoe boxes and shopping bags inside without issue.

The straps are decent - nothing special in terms of build. The Ergonomic posture with the crossover is an awesome feature though. The top crossover clip attaches securely and feels like it'll probably last a fair while. The bottom clip is in an odd position and doesn't sit on my chest very well - I think the crossover point should be a little higher.

The padding is great and quite comfortable to wear.

The build quality is a bit so-so and pretty basic. The drink bottle holder has pretty bad elastic. Being on the outside of the bag it's the most blatantly wrong part of the bag. The size is good, it can probably fit a 1L bottle but doesn't seem to be very adjustable for smaller bottles. It would be better if there was a second drink bottle holder on the other side, but perhaps that would interfere with the nice zip on that side.

Some of the pockets are not built very well. The pocket above the drink bottle slot breaks quite easily if you put anything heavy in it. I kind of prefer it broken because the pocket is now bigger and I can put longer things into it.

Otherwise, quite good. I got this bag for free and it's absolutely amazing for a free item!
