The SuperBand is built to earn a place in every session — not just one type of workout. Use it for resistance training across your upper and lower body. Loop it under your feet for hip and glute activation before a session. Anchor it to a door or rack for rows, pull-aparts and shoulder work. Use it for assisted stretching of your hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. Run against it for sprint and agility drills. The 100 cm continuous loop gives you the range to do all of it. The Light — at 11.4–22.7 kg / 25.1–50 lbs — is the right resistance for people of average build who train recreationally, are building a consistent fitness routine, or need a band that's challenging without being too demanding for activation and mobility work. It's one of the most widely used resistance levels in the range for good reason: it works for the majority of general fitness users across most training contexts. The dual-colour design guides correct hand and foot placement for every exercise — making setup faster and more consistent, session to session. Contains natural latex.
